8.4 : Save, Cancel, Publish

Save = saves your work in a draft so that you can come back later and continue to use this.

Cancel = cancels your work and discards any changes you have made.

Publish = saves your work and publishes the content type to the list of available content types. Only content types that are published can be inserted into pages.
