7.0 : Page Layouts and Content Areas

There are three possible page layouts that can be chosen for holding your content:

  • Homepage
  • Two Column
  • Three Column

Each has various properties that allow you to organize your content in different ways.

The Homepage layout provides left and right-hand columns, as well as a center content well. Spanning the area above the center content well and the right-hand column is a fourth content area, called the billboard.

The 3-column layout provides a center well and a thin right-hand column. It is similar to the Homepage layout, but does not possess the billboard. All types of content accommodated in the center well of a 2-column page are also accommodated in the center well of a 3-column page.

The 2-column layout provides a wide center well and no right-hand column.

The following illustrates the three and their available content areas.
