6.2 : Reordering Navigation in Site Tree
To reorder your navigation buttons, go to your admin view and click on Manage | Site Tree.
In the Site Tree screen you can view and modify the hierarchy of the pages in your site. Remember that pages drive your navigation, so moving them around will affect the order of navigation items.
Click and drag the pages in this menu to move the parent and child sections and reorder the navigation items.
Helpful Hint 
When dragging pages to
re-order them in the site tree, wait for the presence of the
dotted line that appears between pages, showing you the place your page
will be moved to when you release the mouse.
Moving things to the top of a section can be
tricky. Sometimes it's easier to drag a page to the spot one page
beneath the top, and then drag the existing top page to underneath the
page you wish to make the new top page.
