Page Title
is the name of the page as it appears in the browser's title bar.

Navigation Title is the name of the page as it appears in your site navigation. The navigation title field also populates the lavender bar at the top of the two and three column page templates (whether or not the page shows in the navigation).

Page URL is the file name of the page.

Parent Page is autopopulated. This is here for information only.

Paid for by COPE, when checked, adds a footer to the bottom of the page informing your readers that the page is paid for from COPE funds. It also tags the page so that it will appear in a query of all pages paid for with COPE monies.

Open in New Window specifies whether links to the page will open in the same browser window that a user is in, or if the page will open in a separate browser window.

External URL is used if you wish to make a navigation item in your site open another, external, page. Because pages drive the site navigation ion S-Web, if you ever want to have a link in your navigation point to something outside of your site, you must create a page to act as a springboard to that external page. Just type the URL in of the external page you wish to link to.

Layout Options allows you to choose the page's layout. You have three choices: Two column, Three column, or Homepage.

Font Size Adjustments allow you to change the overall size of text on the page. You can choose to increase or decrease the size of the text, and are given several percentages by which to do this.

Publication Options allow you to specify how and when you'd like to publish the page you're working with. You are present with three options:

- I want to publish this page publishes the page immediately after you press save.

Note, this can mean that pages with no content on them yet will be made visible to the outside world, so use with caution.

- I want to give this page an expiration date allows you to specify how long this page should "live". While most pages on a website have a very long lifespan, and are seldom taken off line, there are occasions where you may wish to have a page be visible to the public for a specified period of time, such as if the page contains a survey, contest, or other time-sensitive info. If this box is checked, you'll be prompted to enter a date that the page should automatically unpublish itself. At that time it reverts back into draft mode and is no longer visible to the public.

- Index for search is deprecated. As the system is now indexed automatically by a custom Google search, there is no need to check, or uncheck this box.

Page Summary can be used to type in a short description of the page and its contents. This info is used in search results.

Keywords. Although most search engines these days use a combination of links, topical relevance, HTML coding and several other vectors to calculate a page's relevance to a search term, there are search engines that rely on keywords. The Keywords field allows you to input some key terms related to the content of the page at hand.

Keywords are comma delimited. Separate keywords or phrases by commas
