5.0 : Draft Version
The Draft Version of your page is where you access Edit Mode, in which you can:

define page properties

create navigation buttons

add content to pages

publish (and unpublish) pages
To access the Edit Mode to add and edit content on pages:

In your administrative view, in the upper right-hand corner, click 'Go to Site'.

Now in your web page view, in the upper right-hand corner, click 'View Draft Version'. If you see 'View Published Version' it means you're already looking at the Draft Version.

Click 'Edit Page', in the upper left-hand corner. This puts you in "Edit Mode" for this page.

Once you are in “Edit Mode,” click 'Open Content Selector' if there is not any content yet on the page, or mouse over the area of the page where you want to add content and find the editing icons in the popups that appear:
 |
| Add a piece of content to that content region (when you hover over the content; the add content choice appears on right-hand side) |
 |
| Edit the content. (When you publish the change, you'll be returned to this page.)
|
 | | Edit the display rules for the selected piece of content. |
 |
| Remove the selected piece of content from the page. |
The Content Selector Popups
The content selector menu provides the list of content types you can choose from for that particular section of the page. A piece of content must be created and published in the administrative view before it will be available in the content selector.
Be sure to publish pages you want to appear on your live site. Only when pages are published are they available to visitors on your live site.
Changing the Order of Content on a Page
You can drag content to reorder it, but only within the same content area. For example, you can re-order your promos in the right-hand column, re-order the stories in the center well, and re-order your lists in the left-hand column, but you cannot drag something from the right-hand column into the main content area, etc.
