3.0 : Definitions & Reminders
Tags and TopicsContent Tags are used to organize content for dynamic lists and RSS feeds. These tags are topics used to create lists of recent content or RSS feeds for your readers. Create tags in your content library (Configure > Content Tags) or when you are creating an article or other content.
Asset Topics are used to organized menus for each type of asset (ie, images, documents). You must create at least one topic for each asset type before you can upload and save assets in that each type. Create topics with the New Topic link in the upper right-hand corner of the Asset Library.
NOTE: Tags and topics are site specific. Those you create for your site will be available only for your site.
Save and Publish Both Content and Pages can be in two states: Saved and Published.

If content is just saved, it will remain in draft form and not be available to put on any pages.

If content is published, it will be available to add to a page, or if the content is already on a page, the edits you make will appear on the front end.

If a page is just saved, it will remain in draft form and be visible in your Working Site but not your live site.

If a page is published, it will be show on your live site.

Every time you make changes to a page, you must (re)publish the page before any changes you've made will appear on your live site!
