seiu24@threespot.com URGENT issues are defined as those involving a TOTAL work stoppage on your site, during a time of urgent need. For example, if you are working in your site after-hours, while creating a time-sensitive press release and you experience a system failure - please send an email to the aftet-hours support email address.
It is NOT an urgent issue if your site is working, as designed, but you simply cannot get an article to display properly, or there is some other non-critical issue causing a stoppage.
